Cultural Keys

Cost: RMB 200

RSVP by sending an email to  [email protected]

A few years ago, opening a Hong Kong company was the easy alternative to opening a Mainland company. Recent legislative changes have made it harder than ever. But for mainland entrepreneurs, that doesn’t mean the difficulties outweigh the benefits.

Join us at our final Bootstrap Business Lecture to find out what you need to do to open your Hong Kong company, and how it can help your existing business in China.

Join Cultural Keys for a series of lectures that help expats looking to start their own businesses in Beijing understand the issues and options, from the initial registration process, to banking and taxes, HR and how to link a new company in Beijing to an existing company in Hong Kong.

Week 4 – July 6 – Opening a HK company and linking to a Mainland business. Every week, we will have a one-hour presentation, followed by a 30 minute Q+A session, and then the opportunity for anyone who wishes to introduce themselves and their proposed business to take the stage for 3 minutes to find possible partners and source assistance. After each event, participants will be welcome to stay around and network.

These lectures will be given by Danny Yang, Senior Consultant at Bison Chang, a dual language accounting, taxation and business advisory firm based in Beijing and Hong Kong that has already helped multitudes of expats kick-start their business dreams through their provision of affordable, efficient and straight-talking services.

Bison & Chang’s offices in Sanlitun Soho, Building 1, 11th Floor, Gongtibeilu. In Chinese, the address is 北京市朝阳区三里屯SOHO A座11层汇阳国际商务中心大会议室.
